The Operator\u2019s primary objective and condition for carrying out its activities is to respect human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data, including the protection of privacy rights, personal and family secrets. This Operator\u2019s policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;Policy&#8221;) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the\u00a0https:\/\/samui-cars.org\u00a0website.<\/p>\n<p>2. Basic Terms Used in the Policy<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Automated processing of personal data\u00a0\u2014 Processing of personal data using computer technology.<br \/>\nBlocking of personal data\u00a0\u2014 Temporary suspension of personal data processing (except for cases when processing is necessary for clarification of personal data).<\/li>\n<li>Website \u2014 A set of graphic and information materials, as well as computer programs and databases, ensuring their availability on the Internet at the network address https:\/\/samui-cars.org.<br \/>\nPersonal data information system\u00a0\u2014 A set of personal data contained in databases and ensuring their processing by information technologies and technical means.<\/li>\n<li>Depersonalization of personal data \u2014 Actions resulting in it being impossible to determine, without additional information, the ownership of personal data to a specific User or other personal data subject.<br \/>\nProcessing of personal data\u00a0\u2014 Any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools on personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.<\/li>\n<li>Operator \u2014 A state body, municipal body, legal entity, or individual, independently or jointly with other persons, organizing and (or) carrying out the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.<br \/>\nPersonal data\u00a0\u2014 Any information directly or indirectly related to a specific or identifiable User of the\u00a0https:\/\/samui-cars.org\u00a0website.<\/li>\n<li>User \u2014 Any visitor to the https:\/\/samui-cars.org website.<\/li>\n<li>Provision of personal data \u2014 Actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific circle of persons.<\/li>\n<li>Dissemination of personal data \u2014 Any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons (transfer of personal data) or at familiarizing an unlimited number of persons with personal data, including making personal data public in the media, posting in information and telecommunication networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way.<\/li>\n<li>Transborder transfer of personal data \u2014 Transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a foreign state authority, a foreign individual, or a foreign legal entity.<\/li>\n<li>Destruction of personal data \u2014 Any actions resulting in the irreversible destruction of personal data with the impossibility of further restoration of personal data content in the personal data information system and (or) the destruction of tangible personal data carriers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. The Operator May Process the Following Personal Data of the User<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Surname, first name, patronymic;<\/li>\n<li>Email address;<\/li>\n<li>Phone numbers; Additionally, the website collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including cookies) using internet statistics services (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics, and others). The above-mentioned data are hereinafter referred to as Personal Data in the Policy text.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of processing the User&#8217;s personal data is to clarify order details. The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and various events. The User can always refuse to receive informational messages by sending an email to the Operator at\u00a0office@samui-cars.org\u00a0with the subject &#8220;Refusal of notifications about new products, services, and special offers&#8221;. Anonymized User data collected via internet statistics services is used to gather information about User actions on the site, improve the quality of the site, and its content.<\/p>\n<p>5. Legal Grounds for Personal Data Processing<\/p>\n<p>The Operator processes the User&#8217;s personal data only if they are filled in and\/or sent by the User independently through special forms located on the\u00a0https:\/\/samui-cars.org\u00a0website. By filling out the respective forms and\/or sending their personal data to the Operator, the User agrees with this Policy. The Operator ensures the preservation of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude access to personal data by unauthorized persons. The User&#8217;s personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except for cases related to the execution of current legislation. In case of inaccuracies in personal data, the User can update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator&#8217;s email address\u00a0office@samui-cars.org\u00a0with the subject &#8220;Personal data update&#8221;. The period for processing personal data is unlimited. The User may at any time withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data by sending a notification to the Operator via email to the Operator&#8217;s email address\u00a0office@samui-cars.org\u00a0with the subject &#8220;Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data<\/p>\n<p>Before starting the cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign state to whose territory the transfer of personal data is intended provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
