Terms and condition

1. Vehicle rent price is provided for a 24 hours period.

2. The Renter shall notify the Owner of any change in the telephone number within 24 hours.

3. The Renter accepts the Vehicle in proper condition, except for the minor defects listed, and shall return the Vehicle in the same condition.

4. The vehicle shall not be used:

• to transport illegal goods or for any other illegal purpose;
• to transport passengers or goods for commercial purposes;
• to tow any other vehicle;
• in any motorsport event.

The following are forbidden from using the Vehicle:

• persons in a state of alcoholic or drug intoxication, under the influence of psychotropic substances;
• persons who provided false information to the Owner, such as: fictitious name, surname, age, address and other information;
• outside the Kingdom of Thailand;
• for cross-country driving (on beaches).

5. The Renter shall be personally liable to the Owner for payment and reimbursement of all expenses of the following kinds:

• all penalties and legal costs;
• in case a shortage of items or accessories of the car is detected, to the extent not covered by insurance;

6. The Renter and any other person admitted by the Owner to drive the Vehicle shall be included in the Owner’s insurance covering all costs in connection with bodily injury to the driver and passengers, damage to the vehicle and damage to third parties. A copy of the insurance is attached.

In case the vehicle is damaged, the Renter shall be fully liable for all damage not covered by the insurance.

7. In case of a traffic accident, the Renter shall:

• immediately report the incident to the police and to the insurance company, if the guilt of the other party is established or if someone is injured;
• do not leave the vehicle without taking appropriate security measures.
• Contact the car rental office even in case of minor damage!

8. The Renter is liable within the value of the deposit for all damage to the vehicle caused by a third party whose identity or guilt cannot be established.

The deposit shall apply to each event insured.

9. Whenever the vehicle is left unattended, the Renter shall make sure that the vehicle is locked and the necessary security devices are turned on.

10. The Renter has no right to make claims to the Owner in connection with any damage to the vehicle, or any delay caused by damage to the vehicle, or a traffic accident.

11. If the Renter returns the vehicle before the time specified in this Agreement, the Owner is entitled not to refund money for the unused time.

12. If the Renter is in breach of any term of this Agreement, the Owner has the right to take the car back without notice.

13. The Renter must drive the Vehicle responsibly; in the event of a trouble, such as fan belt or water hose rupture, or the oil lamp lighting up, the Renter shall immediately stop the car and contact the Owner.

Otherwise, the Renter shall reimburse the amount of subsequent repairs caused by untimely actions.

14. Pre-booking

The Vehicle shall be booked after paying an advance of 2000 baht.

If the Renter cancels the booking for any reason, including force majeure, the prepaid amount will not be refunded and will not be credited against subsequent bookings.

Once the prepayment is made, booking dates cannot be changed.

The deposit can be refunded in whole or in part subject to any damage caused during the rental period.
You shall return the car not later than on the Date and at the Time specified in the contract. Otherwise, the entire amount of the deposit will be withheld!

15. Estimated rental time.

If the car cannot be picked up at the agreed time due to the Renter’s fault, the Renter shall pay the rental period based on the date and time specified by the Renter in the order form.

16. The car must be washed at a car wash and be in a clean condition before returning it. If the car is returned without being washed, the Lessor has the right to charge a fee ranging from 400 to 5000 THB and may also deduct the cleaning cost from the deposit before refunding it.

17. Prohibited:

smoking in the vehicle

leave any food and drinks (as this leads to the appearance of ants and other insects) to carry, open and consume durian in the vehicle

In case of detection of an unpleasant odor, the presence of ants and other insects, a fine from 2000 baht to 10000 baht is charged.

The car hire price is shown for a period of one day-and-night (24 hours). Monthly hire price is calculated on a 30 days basis.

The deposit amount for small cars (sedan, hatchback) will be 10,000 baht for rent only on the island and 20,000 baht with the condition of departure to the mainland.

The deposit amount for large cars will be 15,000 baht for rent only on the island and 25,000 baht with the condition of departure to the mainland.
